  • Summary Plan Descriptions (SPD):  Delivered within 90 days of enrollment.

  • Newborns’ & Mothers’ Health Protection Notice: Ensures coverage for childbirth hospital stays.

  • HIPAA & ADA Wellness Program Notices: Required if your wellness program includes health-related incentives or screenings.

  • ICHRA Notices: Must be issued at least 90 days before each plan year.

  • Surprise Billing Notice: Must be posted publicly on your website and shared with plan participants.
