I am so pleased with Tower Street Insurance & Risk Management.  We just moved our three companies' employee health benefits over to Tower 6/1/25.  Christy Scorza and Heather Guarnera were wonderful to work with.  They provided all of the information before I could even request it.  They gave me deadlines and helped me to meet them.  They held our hand and successfully got us across the finish line in a less than ideal amount of time, due to our expiring coverage.  I highly recommend Christy and Heather.  If you have to go through this process, I certainly would want them on my team leading me and my employees through to the very end.  Their cheerful attitudes and can-do frame of mind makes them just a pleasure to work with. Heather has been a terrific help to our businesses with regard to HR.  She provides sound advice and guides us through every little or big bump in the road. Christy and Heather can be relied upon to return messages on the same day, something that does not happen in today's world.  Reliable and trustworthy. We have worked with Tower Street for several years on our commercial insurance policies. When our annual benefits renewal came up, our previous broker was unresponsive and only presented policy increases, so we contacted Tower Street for a second opinion. They were incredibly responsive and within a few days, found us comparable policies that saved us thousands of dollars annually. Absolutely love working with Tower Street and Tanya Benbow!  She is always willing to help me with home and auto questions and navigating re-marketing options when our polices are due for renewal. Each year, Tanya puts together a very comprehensive worksheet showing you the different companies she recommends along with full breakdown and comparison of premiums along with ways to reduce costs with suggested changes to deductibles and other things that you can do that equal reductions. It’s a crazy time with insurance premiums rising and Tower Street helped us get the best options for and best price.
